Hi, I'm Mazhar Islam — a web and software developer from Pakistan. MazyTools started as a college project. I needed to build something functional and useful, so I created a small collection of browser-based tools for my coursework.
But then something shifted. Why keep this just for an assignment? So I decided to go further — expanding the collection, polishing the UI, and opening it up for everyone to use, completely free.
What started as a submission became a platform I'm genuinely proud of. MazyTools is my way of giving something useful back to the internet — no paywalls, no accounts, no friction.
Building MazyTools
MazyTools is built entirely with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no heavy frameworks, no backend. This means it loads instantly everywhere, even on slow connections.
Every tool is designed to feel intuitive — clean UI, dark mode, mobile-friendly, and zero bloat. The goal is always: open it, use it, done.

Started as a college assignment — a handful of basic tools: age calculator, word counter, a few converters. Functional, but minimal.
Decided to expand and launch it for everyone. Added more calculators, PDF utilities, text tools, and productivity helpers.
Introduced Mazy — the adorable blue AI assistant — to help users navigate 100+ tools instantly. Mazy became the soul of MazyTools.
